14-Day Return Policy (Non-Preorder Items Only)
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return for eligible items.
🚨 Preorder Policy
All preorder items are final sale.
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for preorder items — including for change of mind or sizing errors.
Please double-check your size using our Size Guide before placing a preorder. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out — we're happy to help.
✅ Returns (Non-Preorder Only)
If your order is not a preorder and your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or the return is due to our error.
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Items worn, washed, or returned in poor condition
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size (non-preorder), return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
